Our stay at Emmy's place was fantastic. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great and the space was comfortable and well-equipped. We’ll definitely be staying here again — highly recommend!

Emmy's place was everything we wanted and more. We rented it for a small girl's weekend getaway and it was perfect. Emmy had plenty of recs for us, the house was clean and ready a little early, and the attention to detail was a nice bonus--stocked laundry room, umbrella on the patio, extra oscillating fans for people who like a fan at night, soft blankets in the living room for curling up and chatting, etc. It felt like a home away from home. I haven't even gotten to the view...the house was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

We had to find a home for a family member’s memorial we were attending which would accommodate a large group. The house exceeded our expectations and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The view was amazing and we would all gather on the large deck in the morning to enjoy it while we were drinking our coffee.. I am a little crazy about cleanliness and this house delivered!!! So tidy and clean. I just hope we left it clean enough when we left as I always try to leave it as good as possible… Emmy was so helpful and caring about our needs. She was wonderful !!!

Emmy's place was absolutely perfect for our weekend with friends! They had anything and everything that you could possibly need and more in the home! Check in and out was a breeze!! Emmy, was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic recommendations! My only regret was not staying longer in the beautiful home!! We will definitely be coming back here!! Thank you Emmy!!

We all had a wonderful stay at Emmy's house. Emmy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Our kids had great time at the pool and in the house while we adults were chilling out together. One point to note, their beds were super comfy, especially the duvets, which were soft, lightweight breathable yet warm enough to tuck us in for our sleep. I just wish we could have stayed longer

A fantastic property that really exceeded our expectations. The backyard space with the pool is a particular highlight, though the interior is just as well appointed for a relaxing game night. Everyone remarked on how nice the house is. The host is very clear, helpful, and proactive in her communication, offering a variety of recommendations on the area and checking in to make sure everything is as expected. All around an excellent experience. Can’t recommend enough.

Emmy was an amazing host! We felt at home as soon as we arrived. She gave amazing recommendations and discounts for local wineries She also made sure that clear instructions were left around the property for review. I also appreciate the notes left for maintenance that may be around the property during our stay. And all of the crew was extremely nice and respectful of our space. Emmy was very proactive in responding to our messages and checking in to make sure we were okay. Beautiful neighborhood and property. Can't wait to come back!

Emmy was easy to communicate with and had a beautiful place in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to shops when we needed it. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping for our party. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend it.

What an amazing home and even better host! Detailed instructions and communication was provided from the moment we booked this gorgeous home.
Location: immediate neighborhood was great for nightly walks with our pup and close enough to many great restaurants, downtown, and parks!
Home: exactly as described! Pool was clean and warm, lots of beach + bath towels provided, AC was already on upon arrival for the perfect interior temperature (it was a hot weekend), lots of board games provided, but we just lounged around the pool for a majority of our trip.
Fur Parents: the host is very kind to provide dog bowls, towels, and other essential items. We brought our own but appreciate the thoughtfulness. Our fur baby enjoyed sniffing the yard and taking long strolls in the neighborhood.

Emmy's place was great. the one floor living was perfect for my elderly parents and sister with a walker. The house is very well appointed and we had everything we could possibly need. It was hard to leave because the view is spectacular.
